    • Performance, collaboration, power-user workflows
      • Must be built-in, not bolted on
  • Easier to build
    • ...but not today
    • Need a "Rails for LoFi"
• My continuing question: what is the biz model that will drive companies towards LoFi? Is it still just SaaS? If so, LoFi's principles like interop and user agency seems pretty antithetical to building a classic SaaS moat.
