IPFS þing

"þing" is the Icelandic word for "parliament" or "council". It's primarily aimed at folks working on IPFS directly, as opposed to IPFS Camp which is more for those using IPFS as a dependency. The first edition was in Iceland, so it made sense, plus the namespace collision with how it's pronounced ("thing") cemented it's name.
